Christa is a seasoned professional with more than a decade of corporate retail experience leading merchandising and planning teams for DTC brands in the specialty apparel and athletic/outdoor industries. She has successfully managed businesses with +$100M in revenue for both online and brick-and-mortar channels across a range of categories and product lines including women’s, men’s, and children’s apparel.
As the Owner and Principal Consultant for Lemontree Advisors, Christa serves as a strategic partner for clients looking to level up their merchandise planning capabilities. In addition to years of experience, Christa brings a customer-first mindset along with a strong analytical and data-driven approach to help companies better understand the performance of their assortments and establish a foundation for sound decision making and profitable growth.
Christa holds a Masters of Business Administration from The Ohio State University and an Honors Bachelor Degree in Commerce from McMaster University.
